The onboarding process for new partners at theSANDWASH is designed to ensure alignment with our vision while providing a seamless experience. Below are the steps involved:

  1. Initial Contact:

    • Space size requirements

    Upon receiving the required details, our team will review the submission to determine if the proposal aligns with theSANDWASH’s vision and goals.
  3. Warehouse Allocation & Proposal Submission:
    If the initial assessment is successful, we will share details of a potential warehouse space suitable for the proposed activity. The interested party will then be required to submit:

    • A fit-out layout plan
    • A vision/mood board
    • Renders (if possible) to illustrate the concept.
  4. Down Payment:
    To demonstrate serious intent, a down payment will be required before proceeding further. This serves as a confirmation of the partnership commitment.
  5. Contract Negotiation & Finalization:
    Once the fit-out and vision details are approved, contract negotiations will commence, followed by the finalization and signing of the agreement.
  6. Integration with theSANDWASH Systems:
    After the contract is signed, the partner will be onboarded into theSANDWASH ecosystem, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of their business or event.
  7. Timeline:
    The entire process typically takes 4-6 weeks. However, this may vary based on the complexity of the proposal, the promptness in providing the required documentation, and the timely completion of the down payment.

At theSANDWASH, we provide support for matters related to the facility, general common area usage, and the amenities therein. However, the internal fit-outs and maintenance of each respective warehouse venue are the responsibility of the tenant.
